Активность данного тетрапеп-тида подтверждена исследованиями аффинности связывания с Fc-фрагментом иммуноглобулинов класса G.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Using methods of theoretical conformational analysis, the Phe-Gln-Phe-Tyr-OMe tetrapeptide has been designed and synthesized. Amino acid fragments of this tetrapeptide are present in the active center of protein A, providing its binding with the Fc-fragment of human IgG antibodies.
