Основная функция соматотропина – влияние на анаболические и катаболические процессы орга­низма, а также иммуномодулирующая функция. В представленной работе проведено молекулярное клонирование, гетерологическая экспрессия и очистка рекомбинантного соматотропина Gallus gallus. Созданы две технологиче­ские схемы получения соматотропина: бактериальная экспрессия с последующей солюбилизацией телец включения и периплазматическая экспрессия соматотропина в бактериальных клетках. Выход целевого гормона составил 2,43 и 15 мг белка на литр культуральной среды соответственно. В работе показано, что наиболее оптимальной является стратегия периплазматической экспрессии, при которой нет необходимости в сложных процедурах солюбилизации и рефолдинга и получаемый белковый продукт характеризуется более высоким выходом и степенью очистки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"/><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>соматотропин</kwd><kwd>рекомбинантный белок</kwd><kwd>бактериальная экспрессия</kwd><kwd>периплазматическая экспрессия</kwd><kwd>E.coli</kwd><kwd>G.
