Особенности адгезии клеток Escherichia coli на различные типы модифицирующих покрытий исследованы с помощью атомно-силовой микроскопии. Установлено, что бактерии присутствуют только на пленках, содержащих полиэтиленимин, в то время как наличие либо отсутствие антибиотика практически не влияет на их склонность к адгезии. Сформированы микроструктурированные пленки Ленгмюра-Блоджетт, пригодные для направленной фиксации бактерий Escherichia coli. Установлено, что азитромицин, включенный в полимерную пленку, оказывает антимикробное действие на зафиксированные на поверхности бактериальные клетки. Разработанная методика локального введения лекарственного вещества на поверхность может быть использована для исследования влияния самых различных соединений на процессы клеточного роста и деления.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Formation of patterned coatings suitable for Escherichia coli directed fixation on a solid surface, has been performed by the microcontact printing method in combination with Langmuir-Blodgett technology. The possibility has been shown for azithromycin introduction into Langmuir films based on a styrene-acrylic acid block copolymer. Adhesion of Escherichia coli cells to various types of surfaces has been investigated by atomic force microscopy.
