Показано взаимодействие с активным центром CYP11B1 производных стероидов андростанового ряда, содержащих метильную группу при С7 и остатки гетероароматических кислот при С17β.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The interaction of human monooxygenases and pathogenic fungi with previously obtained esters of isomeric 7-methyl-19-nor-testosterones and a number of heteroaromatic acids – derivatives of pyridine and pyrazine, was studied.
