В качестве органических растворителей использовали н-гексан, толуол, хлороформ, изоамиловый спирт. Количественное определение пенициллинов проводили методом высокоэффективной хроматографии с масс-спектрометрическим детектированием. Рассчитаны значения констант распределения. Проанализировано влияние природы растворителя и строения изученных пенициллинов на полученные значения. Показана возможность разработки быстрого, эффективного и недорогостоящего способа извлечения микроколичеств пенициллинов кислотного типа из проб пищевой продукции методом экстракции с использованием хлороформа в качестве экстрагента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Extraction of six acid type penicillins (penicillin G, penicillin V, oxacillin, cloxacillin, nafcillin, dicloxacillin) from their water solutions by polar organic solvents (n-hexane, toluene, chloroform, isoamyl alcohol) was studied. Penicillins were quantified by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The penicillins distribution constants were calculated.
