Конденсацией никотинатов и изоникотинатов с п-броманилином и м-аминофенолом синтезированы азометины, восстановлением которых триацетоксиборгидридом натрия получены соответствующие амины. Ацилирование аминопроизводных никотинатов и изоникотинатов 5-арилизоксазол- и 4,5-дихлоризотиазолкарбонил хлоридами приводит к сложным эфирам и амидам с остатками изоксазола и изотиазола.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on esters of nicotinic and isonicotinic acids with hydroxybenzaldehydes, a series of functionally substituted derivatives containing isoxazole and isothiazole heterocycles in the molecule have been synthesized. Azomethines were obtained by condensation of nicotinates and isonicotinates with p-bromoaniline and m-aminophenol, which have been reduced with sodium triacetoxyborohydride to give the corresponding amines. Acylation of amino derivatives of nicotinates and isonicotinates with 5-arylisoxazole- and 4,5-dichloroisothiazolecarbonyl chlorides leads to the esters and amides with isoxazole and isothiazole residues.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>сложные эфиры</kwd><kwd>азометины</kwd><kwd>амины</kwd><kwd>амиды</kwd><kwd>изотиазол</kwd><kwd>изоксазол</kwd><kwd>никотиновая и изоникотиновая кислоты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>esters</kwd><kwd>azomethines</kwd><kwd>amines</kwd><kwd>amides</kwd><kwd>isothiazole</kwd><kwd>isoxazole</kwd><kwd>nicotinic and isonicotinic acid</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при частичной финансовой поддержке Российского фонда фундаментальных исследований (грант 20-58-00005-Бел_a) и Белорусского республиканского фонда фундаментальных исследований (грант Х20Р-017).
