С использованием этих методов получены ранее не описанные соединения: 5-морфолинозамещенные 3-гидроксиметил-4-хлоризотиазол, 4-хлоризотиазол-3-карбоновая кислота и ее метиловый эфир. Синтезированные вещества являются реакционноспособными структурными блоками для использования в органическом синтезе соединений с высоким потенциалом биологической активности. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Optimal procedures have been developed for the synthesis of substituted isothiazoles containing an active chlorine atom in position 5 of the heterocycle and various functional groups in position 3: carboxyl, hydroxymethyl, aldehyde. Based on these methods, previously undescribed compounds were obtained: 5-morpholino-substituted 3-hydroxymethyl-4- chloroisothiazole, 4-chloroisothiazole-3-carboxylic acid and its methyl ester.
