Показана возможность включения в пектинатные наночастицы до 0,58 мг БСА-ФИТЦ/1 мг пектина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A method for synthesis of calcium pectinate nanoparticles with average diameter of 60-260 nm has been developed. It has been established that the size of calcium pectinate nanoparticles can be regulated by changing pH, ionic strength of solution and addition of stabilizer.
