В качестве органических растворителей использовали н-гексан, хлороформ, изоамиловый спирт. Количественное определение аналитов проводили методом высокоэффективной хроматографии с диодно-матричным детектированием. Рассчитаны значения констант распределения Pэксп. Проанализировано влияние природы фаз экстракционных систем и строения изученных соединений на полученные значения констант. Установлено, что величины десятичных логарифмов констант распределения для пара-гидроксибензойной кислоты и парабенов растут в ряду н-гексан &lt; хлороформ &lt; изоамиловый спирт, что соответствует увеличению экстрагирующей способности органических растворителей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Extraction of para-hydroxybenzoic acid and nine parabens (methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, iso-propylparaben, butylparaben, iso-butylparaben, pentylparaben, benzylparaben, phenylparaben) from their water solutions by organic solvents (n-hexane, chloroform, isoamyl alcohol) was studied. Analytes were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection. The distribution constants were calculated. The influence of the nature of extractants and the structure of the studied substances on the obtained values of the constants was analyzed.
